DEFENDANT'S FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES TO PLAINTIFF

NOW COMES Defendant, Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, and pursuant to MCR
2.309, requests that Plaintiff Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus answer the following
Interrogatories separately, fully, in writing, and under oath, within twenty-eight (28) days of
service.

DEFINITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
1. "You," "Your," or "Plaintiff" means Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus, including any agents,
representatives, or persons acting on your behalf.
2. "VA Benefits" means any and all VA Disability Compensation payments made by the U.S.
Department of Veterans Affairs to or on behalf of Conrad Alan Rockenhaus during the period
of September 2025 through the present.
3. "SSDI Benefits" means any and all Social Security Disability Insurance payments made by
the Social Security Administration to or on behalf of Conrad Alan Rockenhaus during the
period of November 2025 through the present.
4. "Cannabytes" means Cannabytes, LLC, including all related accounts, domains, finances,
and operations.

5. "Communications" means any written, electronic, oral, or recorded exchange, including
but not limited to emails, text messages, social media messages, letters, and TRULINCS
messages.
6. These Interrogatories are continuing in nature. If you obtain information responsive to any
Interrogatory after the date of your initial response, you are required to supplement your
response promptly.

INTERROGATORIES

I. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS
INTERROGATORY NO. 1: Identify every bank account, credit union account, PayPal
account, Venmo account, Cash App account, cryptocurrency wallet, or other financial account
that you held, controlled, had access to, or had signature authority over at any time between
January 1, 2023 and the present. For each account, state: (a) the name of the financial
institution; (b) the account number (last four digits); (c) the account holder name(s); (d) the
dates the account was open; and (e) whether Conrad Alan Rockenhaus's funds were ever
deposited into this account.
INTERROGATORY NO. 2: Identify every bank account into which VA Disability
Compensation payments belonging to Conrad Alan Rockenhaus were deposited between
September 2025 and the present. For each account, state: (a) the financial institution; (b) the
account number; (c) the account holder; (d) the date each deposit was received; and (e) how
each deposit was used or disbursed.
INTERROGATORY NO. 3: Identify every bank account into which Social Security Disability
Insurance payments belonging to Conrad Alan Rockenhaus were deposited between
November 2025 and the present. For each account, state: (a) the financial institution; (b) the
account number; (c) the account holder; (d) the date each deposit was received; and (e) how
each deposit was used or disbursed.
INTERROGATORY NO. 4: State whether you accessed Conrad Alan Rockenhaus's va.gov
account using his id.me credentials at any time. If so, state: (a) the dates on which you
accessed the account; (b) what actions you took within the account on each date; (c) whether
you redirected direct deposit information; and (d) to which account any redirect was made.

II. VA AND SSDI BENEFITS
INTERROGATORY NO. 5: Identify the total amount of VA Disability Compensation
belonging to Conrad Alan Rockenhaus that you received, accessed, controlled, or disbursed
between September 2025 and the present. Provide a month-by-month breakdown of each
payment received, the amount, and the account into which
