This Exhibit comprises two photographs transmitted by Witness Ann Helgren to Defendant Conrad Alan
Rockenhaus by iMessage on the evening of May 9, 2026: (a) a close-up photograph of the rear bumper of
the vehicle showing the license plate 7RBK87 ("MICHIGAN, WATER-WINTER WONDERLAND") and the
manufacturer marking "F-250 Super Duty"; and (b) a wider photograph showing the same vehicle parked at
or near the Ross Dr Residence, taken from across the street through a vehicle side mirror. The vehicle is a
personally owned pickup truck, not a commercial moving vehicle. The registered owner of Michigan license
plate 7RBK87 has not been disclosed by Plaintiff and is the subject of preservation Category S of the
accompanying Second Supplement and of a forthcoming subpoena to the Michigan Department of State.
