COVER EXHIBIT B Department of Veterans Affairs Payment History Inquiry (Redacted) with Summary Table of Diverted Payments, September 2025 through February 2026 **Source System:** Department of Veterans Affairs, Payment History Inquiry (commonly abbreviated TINQ) **Payee of Record:** CONRAD A ROCKENHAUS **Period Reflected:** Disability Compensation payment activity through 02/27/2026 **Period Relevant to Counterclaim Count C (VA Component):** September 2025 through February 2026 **Total Diverted to Accounts Under Counter-Defendant's Control:** $26,837.87 This Exhibit reproduces the redacted Payment History Inquiry record obtained by Defendant from the Department of Veterans Affairs, reflecting monthly Disability Compensation payments issued by the United States Treasury to the routing destination on file during the period September 2025 through February 2026. During that period, Defendant was incarcerated and had no access to the va.gov account, no ability to manage his own direct-deposit instructions, and no actual or constructive control over the routing destination on file. Counter-Defendant Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus accessed the va.gov account using Defendant's id.me credentials without authorization, redirected the direct-deposit instructions, and caused each monthly payment in the period to be deposited into accounts under her control. Counter-Defendant was not appointed Defendant's VA fiduciary at any relevant time and had no lawful authority to receive any payment reflected herein. The Payment History reflects a returned payment of $4,673.44 on October 1, 2025 marked "Undeliverable: Bad Address (1)," cancelled October 3, 2025, during the precise period in which Counter- Defendant represented to Defendant by TRULINCS electronic message that "the VA pay has not been deposited for this month." The Payment History also reflects the retroactive reissue of that same $4,673.44 payment on October 9, 2025. This Exhibit is accompanied by a redacted summary table setting forth, for each diverted payment in the September 2025 through February 2026 period: (i) the date of payment, (ii) the dollar amount of the payment, and (iii) the routing destination as reflected in the Payment History. The summary table is the documentary foundation for the $26,837.87 figure pleaded at WHEREFORE Count C (VA component) of the Counterclaim and at Section IV of the Affidavit. Personally identifying information has been redacted in accordance with this Court's prior orders on PII. This Exhibit is the documentary foundation for the conversion claim pleaded in Counterclaim Count C (VA component) on the common-law theory recognized in Aroma Wines & Equipment, Inc. v. Columbia Distribution Services, Inc., 497 Mich. 337 (2015); Lawsuit Financial, L.L.C. v. Curry, 261 Mich. App. 579 (2004); and Head v. Phillips Camper Sales & Rental, Inc., 234 Mich. App. 94 (1999). Each diverted payment is specifically identifiable by date, amount, and routing destination. The total measure of damages on the VA component is $26,837.87. ROCKENHAUS v. ROCKENHAUS Case No. 26-104594-DO Hon. Nicole N. Goodson Third Judicial Circuit, Wayne County, Michigan
