      The Court has reviewed the Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for
Preservation Order and Order Prohibiting Spoliation of Evidence filed by ☐ Plaintiff ☒
Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff (hereinafter the “Moving Party”).

NOW, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

☒ Request for Emergency scheduling is DENIED.

     ☐ The Court has referred the matter to the Friend of the Court Scheduling Office for non-
       emergency scheduling on the Referee’s docket.

     ☒ The Moving Party shall file a motion and praecipe (https://www.3rdcc.org/efiling/praecipe)
       to set the matter for non-emergency scheduling before the Judge ☐ in-person in
       Courtroom 1501 ☒ via Zoom.

     ☐ The Moving Party shall file a FOC praecipe (https://www.3rdcc.org/efiling/praecipe) to set
       the matter before the Friend of the Court Referee for non-emergency scheduling.

     ☒ The Moving Party shall serve the Motion and this Order on the Opposing Party and file a
       proof of service with the Wayne County Clerk’s Office. MCR 2.107 and MCR 2.119.

standard. MCR 3.207(B)(1).

     Courtroom 1501 ☒ via Zoom.

   ☐ The Moving Party shall file a FOC praecipe (https://www.3rdcc.org/efiling/praecipe) to set
     the matter before the Friend of the Court Referee for non-emergency scheduling.

   ☐ The Moving Party shall serve the Motion and this Order on the Opposing Party and file a
     proof of service with the Wayne County Clerk’s Office. MCR 2.107 and MCR 2.119.

   ☐ The Moving party shall file a Judge’s praecipe (https://www.3rdcc.org/efiling/praecipe) to
     set the matter for emergency hearing on ___________________________@ _______. This

   ☐ The Moving party shall file a FOC praecipe (https://www.3rdcc.org/efiling/praecipe) to set
     the matter before the Friend of the Court Referee pursuant to docket directive 2013-26. An
     emergency hearing shall be held by the Referee within 21 days of this Order or as soon as
     possible.

   ☐ The Moving Party shall serve the Motion and this Order on the Opposing Party ☐ no later
