I want to terminate the order because: 1. Prevention of Homelessness & Discovery of Federal Fraud
On February 17, 2026, Respondent revoked Petitioner’s authority to receive his funds. This was a
necessary act of
self-preservation after Respondent discovered Petitioner intended to leave him homeless while she
misappropriated
his income. Respondent further discovered that Petitioner, as SSA Representative Payee, failed to report
Respondent’s incarceration and redirected SSDI payments into her personal account from Oct 2025 to
March 2026.
Petitioner is currently under investigation by the SSA and VA Office of the Inspector General (OIG).
2. Retaliatory Timeline & Contradictory Conduct
The PPO was filed on February 20, 2026, only three days after her financial access was terminated. This
"fear" is
contradicted by Petitioner’s conduct on February 14, 2026 (Valentine’s Day), when she publicly posted
affectionate
content regarding Respondent, and her long-term "Justice for Conrad" advocacy campaign.
3. Fraudulent Statements to Law Enforcement
On March 2, 2026, Petitioner knowingly provided false information to the Redford Police Department,
claiming
