STATE OF MICHIGAN

IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR THE COUNTY OF WAYNE
FAMILY DIVISION, PERSONAL PROTECTION ORDER DOCKET

ADRIENNE MARJORIE ROCKENHAUS, Case No. 26-102221-PP
   Petitioner,
                                                                    Hon. PPO Docket
 v. (Assignment Pending)

 CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS,
  Respondent.

RESPONDENT'S NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION TO MODIFY, EXTEND, OR
TERMINATE PERSONAL PROTECTION ORDER, RELATED SUPPLEMENTS, AND
NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST JUDICIAL NOTICE

NOW COMES Respondent, Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, and respectfully gives notice of
the withdrawal, without prejudice, of his Motion to Modify, Extend, or Terminate Personal Protection Order,
the supplements thereto, and his related Notice of Intent to Request Judicial Notice, all currently calendared
for hearing on July 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom. In support of this Notice, Respondent states as follows:

                                       I. PROCEDURAL POSTURE
1. On March 12, 2026, Respondent filed his Motion to Modify, Extend, or Terminate Personal Protection
Order (the "Motion to Terminate"), later supplemented by Respondent's Supplement to the Motion to
Terminate concerning documentary social-media evidence and Respondent's Second Supplemental
Motion concerning a compromised-account social-media post. On April 22, 2026, Respondent filed his
Notice of Intent to Request Judicial Notice in support of the hearing on those motions.
2. By Order dated April 30, 2026, this Court reassigned the remaining pending motions in this matter to the
PPO Docket, and a hearing on the Motion to Terminate, its supplements, and the Notice of Intent to
Request Judicial Notice is presently calendared for July 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.
3. Petitioner has been self-represented in this matter since the withdrawal of her counsel was granted on
the record on April 29, 2026.

II. GROUND FOR WITHDRAWAL: INABILITY TO EFFECT REQUIRED SERVICE
4. Respondent is presently unable to effect the service required to bring the Motion to Terminate to a
properly noticed, contested hearing on the merits.
5. Petitioner has evaded service and has vacated her address of record at 26695 Ross Drive, Redford,
Michigan, on or about May 9, 2026, as reflected in the record of the related domestic relations matter.
Petitioner's current physical whereabouts are unknown to Respondent.
6. The Order Regarding Alternate Service previously entered in this matter was entered as to a prior
proceeding and does not authorize alternate service of the Motion to Terminate for the hearing presently
calendared. Securing a new order for alternate service would first require documented attempts at
personal service, which are futile in light of Petitioner's evasion of service and the absence of any known
   current physical address for her.
 7. Rather than expend the Court's and Respondent's resources maintaining a contested hearing that
cannot presently be brought to a properly served posture, Respondent withdraws the Motion to
Terminate, its supplements, and the Notice of Intent to Request Judicial Notice, without prejudice.

III. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS; NO CONCESSION
 8. This withdrawal is without prejudice. It does not waive, concede, or abandon Respondent's challenge to
the validity of the Personal Protection Order, and Respondent does not concede the validity, propriety of
issuance, or propriety of service of that Order. Respondent specifically preserves, among other matters,
his position that the Order was never properly served upon him as required by MCR 3.706.
 9. The relief of termination of the Personal Protection Order, on the ground that it was obtained through
fraud and for retaliatory purposes, rem
