STATE OF MICHIGAN
THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT, WAYNE COUNTY
ADRIENNE MARJORIE ROCKENHAUS, Petitioner,
v.
CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS, Respondent.
Case No. 26-102221-PP
Hon. PPO Docket Judge
Hearing: April 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM (Zoom)
EXHIBIT 12
Affidavit of Brian Howell, Notarized April 10, 2026
Description:
Notarized affidavit of Brian Howell, executed under penalty of perjury and notarized April 10, 2026.
Howell attests from personal knowledge regarding Respondent's device possession during the period
of the alleged PPO violations on March 29-30, 2026.
Relevance:
This sworn affidavit directly refutes the factual premise of Petitioner's Motion to Show Cause. The
alleged PPO violations of March 29-30, 2026 include assertions that Respondent contacted Petitioner
via burner phone and Signal account from an Android device. Howell, as a disinterested percipient
witness, attests from personal knowledge that Respondent did not possess a Motorola Moto G Play or
any Android device during the period of alleged violations and was in Howell's company during relevant
times alleged in the Motion to Show Cause. Howell's testimony is corroborated by the Chavous and
Connor affidavits at Exhibits 16 and 17, and by Respondent's own sworn statement at Exhibit 14.
Submitted by Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, Respondent (pro se)
In Support of Respondent's Motion to Terminate Personal Protection Order
