Description:
Notarized affidavit of Ann Helgren (“Annie”), executed under penalty of perjury and notarized April 24,
2026. Helgren is identified in the Redford Township Police Case Report (Exhibit 8) as “friends with
both” parties. Helgren was personally present during the events of March 2, 2026, the day of
Respondent's release from federal custody.
Relevance:
Sworn third-party eyewitness testimony to the events of March 2, 2026. Helgren testifies that: (a)
Petitioner instructed Helgren to make false statements to the Veterans Administration regarding
Respondent's mental health, specifically that Respondent was suicidal, when Helgren had no factual
basis for that statement and directly observed that Respondent was not suicidal; (b) the only service of
the PPO on Respondent was the responding officer reading conditions from Petitioner's cell phone
screen, with no physical copy of the PPO given to Respondent; (c) Petitioner made the demonstrably
false statement to Redford police that Respondent had never resided at 26695 Ross Drive, and
Helgren refused to corroborate that false statement; (d) Petitioner ended the long-standing friendship
with Helgren the next day, March 3, 2026, after Helgren refused to corroborate the false statements.

WITNESS AFFIDAVIT REGARDING EVENTS OF MARCH 2, 2026

I, Ann Helgren (printed name), being duly sworn and under penalty of perjury, hereby state
the following:
1. IDENTITY AND RELATIONSIDP TO THE PARTIES: My name is Ann Helgren. I am
~'/ years of age. I reside at / .5'°9 6 t/ L i'/11::111-<. J?ec,'r0Michigan. I have known
both Petitioner Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus and Respondent Conrad Alan Rockenhaus for
several years. Prior to the events described in this affidavit, I was friends with both of them.
My sister Pam is Petitioner's neighbor and resides one house to the east of Petitioner's
residence. I also go by the name "Annie."
2. PURPOSE OF THIS AFFIDAVIT: I provide this affidavit based on my personal,
firsthand knowledge of events that occurred on March 2, 2026, the day Conrad Alan
Rockenhaus was released from federal custody. This affidavit describes what I personally
observed, what Petitioner communicated to me directly on that day, and what I personally said
and did in response.
3. ARRIVAL AT 26695 ROSS DRIVE ON MARCH 2, 2026: On March 2, 2026, I went to
26695 Ross Drive, Redford Township, Michigan, after learning that Conrad had been released
from federal custody and had returned to that address. When I arrived, Conrad was present at
the house. It was clear to me that Conrad had just been released from custody earlier that day.
