 Google Family Group Membership Notifications, February 17, 2026

Description:
Two automated Google notifications, both addressed to Ann Helgren at anniehelgren@gmail.com,
both generated by Google's families-noreply service (families-noreply@google.com) on
February 17, 2026 at 12:36 AM and 12:59 AM Eastern. The notifications informed Helgren, in her
capacity as an existing current member of Petitioner's Google Family Group, that Petitioner had added
a third party named “Richard Montano” to that same Google Family Group, twice within twenty-three
minutes, using two different Gmail addresses (sostaosunderground1@gmail.com and
sierranevadasos@gmail.com). The notifications were forwarded to Respondent in original form,
with full headers preserved, by Helgren on April 25, 2026.

Relevance:
These two contemporaneous Google-generated notifications establish a documentary fact dispositive
on the foundational premise of Petitioner's PPO theory regarding Helgren. As of February 17, 2026,
eleven (11) days before Petitioner filed the ex parte PPO petition naming Helgren as a third party
engaged in “harassment” on Respondent's behalf, Petitioner had Helgren as a current member of
Petitioner's own Google Family Group. A Google Family Group is a digital household-level
service-sharing arrangement: members share a single payment method on file, see one another's
purchase history through Google services, share Google One storage and YouTube Premium
subscriptions, and have visibility into shared calendars and family-photo libraries. It is not a casual
association. It is a digital intimate-trust relationship that Google has designed for spouses, domestic
partners, parents, and children. A person who is sufficiently afraid of another individual to seek
emergency ex parte protection on February 20, 2026 is not a person who, three days earlier, retains
that individual in her shared digital household while adding a new third party to that same household
with the existing member still in place. Beyond the dispositive showing on the PPO theory, the
notifications additionally establish that on February 17, 2026, the same date Respondent's certified
Revocation of Power of Attorney was delivered to Petitioner (see Exhibit 3), Petitioner was extending
intimate-trust digital household access to a third party named “Richard Montano,” whose identity is the
subject of pending discovery in the related Wayne County Circuit Court divorce action.
