On 03/26/2026, at 26695 Ross Dr, Redford Township, a private process server I hired attempted to serve the petitioner
with the Motion to Terminate the PPO while while was at home, with her car in the driveway, at the house she
presently leases, where this PPO was served. When the process server attempted to serve process, the resident
answered and claimed that the petitioner was unknown. Given that this PPO was served less than three weeks ago at
this same location as noted by the attached police report, and that it’s noted that the petitioner is still within the lease
period for this location, Petitioner is evading service.

4. I request the court to order service by alternate means.
